This year in the garden, i only planted two zucchini plants and yet some how i ended up with up to 25 (or more!). So i'm here to share some ideas with you all on what to do with them!

1. Chocolate Zucchini Loaf

2. Chicken Breast stuffed with grated zucchini, carrots, garlic & cheese

3. Simple Pan Fried Zucchini

4. Zucchini Dill Soup

5. Zucchini Fritters

6. Grate it, measure it & freeze it for future use!
