INGREDIENTS

Meatloaf:

Ground Beef

3-4 cloves Garlic, pressed

1 tsp Onion Powder (or real onion diced small)

1 cup Bread Crumbs

2 Eggs

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup Milk

1 tsp EACH Oregano, Basil, Thyme

1 tsp EACH Salt & Pepper

Glaze:

1 can of Tomato Soup

Or

3/4 cup Ketchup (or tomato sauce works too)

2 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tbsp Yellow Mustard

1 tsp Garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Meatloaf:

Begin by preheating oven to 375 F and grease a loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside for now.

In your Kitchen-aid Mixing Bowl (or a large mixing bowl works to) combine the listed ingredients for meat loaf. Using the paddle attachment mix until meat mixture is nicely combined. Once mixed press into prepared loaf pan.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, until Meatloaf is done completely through inside and has reached an internal temperature of 165 F.

Glaze:

If your using the Tomato soup option I usually go with just regular Campbells soup (1 can of soup and one can of water) whisked and heated in a small sauce pan on the stove. Pour a laddle full on top of the loaf and then bake for another 5 minutes or so. Reserve the remaining soup for extra while serving.

Or if you want to make your own, combine listed ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine, pour some on-top of the loaf and bake in oven for about 5 minutes.

Enjoy! Either sauce choice is delicious! Great with Mashed Potatoes and Oven Roasted Broccoli!
