Rice Crispy Squares

A classic dessert that everyone loves! There's no baking involved and the come together really quick!


INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Butter

40 Original Jet Puff Marshmallows (or 5 cups of minis)

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

6 cups of Rice KRISPIES cereal


INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium saucepan melt the butter on a low heat. Then add in the marshmallows, melt them together until smooth and just starting to bubble.

Remove from heat and add in the vanilla extract.

Then measure out the Rice Krispies and stir in to the marshmallow mixture.

Take a large baking pan and grease it lightly with butter, then press the cereal marshmallow mixture into a pan. Use the back of a water wet tablespoon to smooth the mixture nice and flat in the pan. Place baking pan in the fridge for 10 minutes or so to firm the squares up. Remove from fridge and cut to desired size and enjoy!
